I’m Jeff Dodd — a USMC veteran, retired railroad safety leader, and someone who’s always believed in doing things the right way.

I founded Dodd and Associates to continue my lifelong mission: helping others protect what matters most — whether it’s their health, their family’s future, or their workforce.
